1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the DOTX Capital platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Eligibility

To register an account with DOTX Capital, you must be at least 18 years of age. By joining, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and that you are not a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction where crypto-asset management is prohibited by law.

3. Asset Management & Profit Sharing

                Dividend Policy: DOTX Capital operates on a 90/10 profit-sharing model. 90% of generated trading profits are distributed to investors, while 10% is retained as a performance fee.
            

Dividends are calculated and distributed every Saturday.
Past performance is not indicative of future results.
Principal funds are utilized in liquidity pools and may be subject to lock-up periods as specified in your dashboard.

4. Risk Disclosure

Trading digital assets on the Solana blockchain involves significant risk. The value of your investment may fluctuate widely. You should only invest capital that you can afford to lose. DOTX Capital utilizes risk-mitigation strategies, but cannot guarantee the total prevention of loss due to market volatility or network failures.

5. Referral Program

DOTX Capital is a community-driven platform. New users must provide a valid Referral ID from an existing member to register. Abuse of the referral system, including self-referral or spamming, may result in account suspension and forfeiture of accumulated bonuses.

6. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and your Phantom Wallet security.Important!: We will NEVER ask for your seed phrase. All transactions require manual approval.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from:

Using the platform for money laundering or illegal activities.

Attempting to circumvent the referral structure.

Exploiting bugs or technical vulnerabilities within the smart contract interaction.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall DOTX Capital or its partners be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the Platform.
